Just thought you should know that I needed your service at my residence today as the thermostat was shot and the capacitor needed to be replaced. Donna was very helpful and acted quickly having heard that I had four babies at home. She had Ken out within an hour and he was excellent. He was very courteous, explained everything to my wife and I got all the kids organized and the dogs in another room. This is excellent service. Thanks again Joe!
